Consultation
Face to face consultation, to get to know the expectations, desires and taste of the client. This guides us to advise and make a proper quotation to fit the needs of the client.

Site Visit
A visit to the proposed venue is prudent to help our technical team properly assess the venue and advice both the client and the management accordingly.

Planning
Feedback from the technical team helps in final planning and adjustment for invoicing and delivery.

Execution
The items approved and fully paid for are delivered a day before the event and picked a day after.

Handover
After delivery at the venue, the items are handed over to the client or the committee.

Exit From Site
Items are picked a day after the function after verification of the products supplied and their condition.And to a report is made to the client.
